Tool preparation

1. Confirm that the model of the nail rolling gun matches the specifications (diameter/length) of the nails (priority should be given to selecting a specialized nail rolling gun that is compatible with stainless steel nails to avoid rapid wear of ordinary gun heads);

2. Check the stability of the gun body air pressure (usually 0.5-0.8MPa, stainless steel nails have high hardness, and the air pressure should not be too high to prevent gun jamming).

Loading coil nails

1. Open the magazine of the coil nail gun and neatly place the stainless steel coil nails (note that the nail head is facing the muzzle, and the coil nails need to be completely embedded in the magazine guide rail);

2. Close the magazine and lock it, gently pull the nozzle to confirm that the nail body is not stuck.

Homework operation

1. Align the workpiece and keep the gun body perpendicular to the working surface (stainless steel nails have high hardness and tilting can easily cause the nail body to bend or the nail cap to shift);

2. Press the nozzle trigger switch to fix one nail in a single shot. During continuous operation, the gun body should be kept stable to avoid repeatedly hitting the same position;

3. If encountering hard materials such as hardwood or thin metal, adjust the air pressure appropriately (recommended 0.6-0.7MPa) to avoid nail breakage.

Closing and maintenance

1. After homework, clean the remaining nails in the gun, turn off the air source, and wipe the gun nozzle with a special cleaning agent (to avoid stainless steel debris residue and wear on the gun head);

2. Unused coil nails should be stored in a sealed manner (avoiding long-term exposure to high humidity environments. Although stainless steel is rust resistant, humidity may affect the toughness of the coil nails).

A: Yes, the sample will be provided for free if you need, but the freight will be covered by our customer. If we have cooperate, the freight will be covered by our company.
